The Perham Cross Country Dynasty

Cross Country is a long distance running sport ran on various terrains. Although the season is primarily in the fall, the runners basically train year round. The Perham Cross Country program has had tremendous success in the last decade which we train hard to continue. Both girls and guys teams grades 7-12 travel and compete together throughout the season. Every runner that runs for us will get the opportunity to compete at every regular season meet including our conference championship. High School Boys race a 5k (3.1 mi), the High School Girls race a 4k (2.5 mi), and the Junior High runners race between 1.5 and 2 miles depending on the meet.
