2020 Summer Training Details

Please keep track of every run you do. You can only be eligible if you have your running log filled out in detail with parent signature for each week of training. On the training log record your time and distance, then in the last column record the total distance for the week! Girls estimate with an 8:30 mile average and guys with a 7:30 mile average. Girls, for example if you run 35 minutes and average 8:30, you would have covered 4 miles, but for a boy you would have covered 4.5 miles at 7:30 average. You can measure you runs also using mapmyrun.com!

  • We will give out a pair of Brooks running sunglasses for anyone who runs at least 200 miles over the summer. (200 miles is an average of 3.5 miles a day/5 days a week starting next week until practice starts.
