2020 Summer Training DetailsPlease keep track of every run you do. You can only be eligible if you have your running log filled out in detail with parent signature for each week of training. On the training log record your time and distance, then in the last column record the total distance for the week! Girls estimate with an 8:30 mile average and guys with a 7:30 mile average. Girls, for example if you run 35 minutes and average 8:30, you would have covered 4 miles, but for a boy you would have covered 4.5 miles at 7:30 average.
